Working principle:

The motor pulls the label, another motor drives the bottle to rotate, there is a cylinder with a roller on the machine, the cylinder is pressed down, and then the roller presses the label, the bottle rotates, drives the label, and completes the labeling.

Features:

1. It can be used for labeling square bottles, hexagonal bottles, and round bottles;

2. High stability, using PLC+ subdivision stepping motor to drive the label delivery, the label delivery is accurate, and the label tape bypasses the deviation correction mechanism to prevent the label from shifting left and right;

3. Label synchronous positioning system, ensure that tag location accuracy to 1 mm high positive and negative.

4. Equipped with adjustable height, labeling products with different heights, no need to replace accessories repeatedly.

5. The equipment occupies a small area and can be used in conjunction with the production line.
