BS-1 type Barrel bottle rinsing machine is mainly used for barreled
mineral water and pure water line. It needs to push the barrels
above with manual help. This machine has the advantages of stable
capacity, good brushing effect, easy operation, easy maintenance

Working process of the Barrel bottle rinsing machine:
When get through the power and air source, manual put the gallon
bottle upside down into the cap puller part, like the photo, then
open the machine switch, manual feet tread the switch under the
floor, then the gallon cap will be remove and slip from the cap
hole on the right side. Then manual put the gallon bottle upside
down into the machine, click the “operation” button to have the
automatically inside and outside of brushing, after a while, close
the switch and take out the gallon bottle, then it’s finished. The
brushing time depends on the gallon bottle state.

Payment terms and installation
1. Delivery time: 10-20 working days after the receipt of deposit
from buyer.
2. Voltage and frequency: 380V/50Hz, or 220V/60HZ, 3phase, 4 wires
3. Payment: 30% of total value will be paid by T/T as deposit, 70%
balance will T/T before shipment.
4. Installation: Before shipment, machines will be tested by our
technicians to make sure they can work well. Our technicians will
be sent to user’s factory to install the machines and train
workers. The buyer will pay for our technicians’ return tickets,
meals, accommodation and the salary for 100 USD per day.
Warranty
1.The supplier will warrant for 12 months after the acceptance of
the equipment, and will warrant for 12months for the control
system. When there are faults with the equipment, the supplier will
communicate with the buyer to remedy the trouble in time when
informed;
2.When warranty time is past, the supplier will supply broad and
favorable technical support and after service for life.
Packing and transport
The package adopts export special wooden case; it is suitable for
long distance transport, damp proofing, and rust prevention,
shockproof and so on. And also it suitable for sea, land transport
and entirety lifting.
