1.1,Semi-auto de-capper and washer

Worker put used jar in right side of de-capper position, with the neck inserting into the hole, worker foot press pedal to release cap off neck; And then worker need to take the jar to insert into left side of the machine-washing position. After the jar putting in, the window need to be closed. Then the washer will be started by itself. During washing, the inner brush inside jar and Washing time is pre-settled, the machine will stop when time finish. Heating function could be switched on/ off as client's needing.

1.2 Monoblock rinser-filler-capper with full SUS304

Principle:

This machine is integrated with jar washing-filling-capping functions together;

Worker loads empty jar on jar holder manually, the jar holder with jar will be transferred in advance for jar washing, the transmission force is by gear cylinder;

Washing will be devided into 3 parts, 1st process is by disinfectant fluid, 2nd process is by recycle water washing, 3rd process is by pure water;After washing, the jars will be falling down on angle plate from jar holder by transmission chain with gravity force; Then the jars will be pushed by pushing cylinder to under filling head, then filling start; Filling volume can be controlled by filling time set up. The filled jars will be pushed to under capping head by empty jars afterwards. Worker put lot of disordered caps into cap loader, cap loader will sort cap automatically to load down into cap rail. When filled bottles passing under capping head, cap will fall down onto jar neck, then capping cylinder will do the capping automatically by cap pressing cylinder.

Characters:

1, The whole machine is controlled by PID system, all cylinder travel is calculated in advance for driven distance;

2, The machine can work under automatic model, manual model is for machine checking;
